Teresa Thomas

Terri Thomas is a member of the Audit and Finance Committee and member of the Governance Committee. She has served on the Board since 2025.

Terri Thomas has been serving as the Associate Administrator for Administrative Operations of the Wage and Hour Division, U.S. Department of Labor since 2021. During her 40-year tenure with the Labor Department Terri also served as the Chief of Planning, Management and Technology with the Office of Labor-Management Standards. She also spent 19 years serving with the Employee Benefits Security Administration’s Office of Outreach, Education and Assistance where she managed administrative operations for that program, oversaw EBSA’s public disclosure room and Freedom of Information Act program, and conducted EBSA technical assistance program performance measurement studies.

Terri has a Bachelor of Arts in Labor Studies and a minor in Business from Penn State University where she continues to serve as a member of the Alumni Board for the School of Labor and Employment Relations.
