Kevin R. Cooke, Jr.

Kevin R. Cooke, Jr. is President of the Board, member of the Audit and Finance Committee, and member of the Performance and Compensation Committee. He has served on the Board since 2019.

Kevin is currently the General Deputy Assistant Secretary for Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). In this role, he works to promote economic opportunities and inclusive communities while enforcing the Fair Housing Act and other related laws nationwide. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Cooke held Senior Executive Positions in Business and Information Management at HUD and the U.S. Department of Energy. Kevin is a proud civil servant with over 30 years of serving the American public.

Kevin graduated from Kentucky State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics.
