Jean Moody-Williams

Jean Moody-Williams is Vice President of the Board and chair of the Performance and Compensation Committee. She has served on the Board since 2019.
Now retired from the federal government, Jean was a member of the Senior Executive Service and most recently served as the Deputy Center Director for the Center for Clinical Standards and Quality (CCSQ) at the Centers for Medicare & Medicare Services (CMS). She is a Licensed Registered Nurse, published author, and more. She is a recipient of the Samuel J. Heyman Service to America Medal, awarded by the Partnership for Public Service, and was recognized as the Federal Employee of the Year. She is also the recipient of the 2016, 2019, and 2024 President of the United States Rank Awards.
Jean earned a Master of Public Policy and Management degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Hampton University.
