Chicago, IL., June 18, 2019: M. Shane Canfield, CEO of Worldwide Assurance for Employees of Public Agencies (WAEPA) was a Meeting Chair of the 2019 PiMA Consumer Insights Conference. Part of his duties included hosting a panel on marketing.
The 2019 PIMA Consumer Insights Conference offered a deep dive into the distribution, marketing, and consumer experience surrounding the purchase of affinity and group benefits products. The event focused on marketing, data and technology strategies, tools and trends.
The panel Canfield facilitated was an educational session titled “Marketing Strategies that Made an Impact—Even Those that Missed the Mark” and included Steve Czajkowski, VP Market & Business Intelligence of Pathfinder Insights, Imran Mohammad, the Global Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for Aon, and Cora Hall, the Assistant Vice President of Group Benefits Marketing at The Hartford. These panelists highlighted practical examples of previous marketing tactics and named best practices every marketer should know.
