WAEPA’s Federal Summit and Fifth Annual Member Meeting

Bringing together Civilian Federal Employees and federal experts to discuss the biggest topics of the industry in an ever-changing landscape.

Today, WAEPA hosted its Federal Summit and Fifth Annual Member Meeting for Civilian Federal Employees. The event featured federal experts discussing the return to work, the vital role benefits play, and the future of the federal workforce.

Plenary speaker Vice Admiral Cutler Dawson (Ret.), past president and CEO of Navy Federal Credit Union, joined WAEPA CEO, Shane Canfield, to discuss leadership philosophies and advise Civilian Federal Employees on how to advance in their careers. This discussion was followed by a panel featuring Government Executive Staff Correspondent, Courtney Bublé, and Federal Benefits Experts, Chris Kowalik and Tammy Flannagan. All discussions featured a live Q&A session with audience participation.
