Shane Canfield appointed CEO of WAEPA

The Board of Directors is pleased to announce the selection of Mr. Shane Canfield as the new CEO for WAEPA. Shane’s extensive experience in non-profit organizations, product development, branding, insurance, and growing membership will benefit WAEPA’s existing members and provide a sound platform for membership and product growth. Board President George Godding shared that “WAEPA’s future is extremely bright and with Shane’s leadership, WAEPA members will enjoy new and exciting services and benefits.”

Mr. Canfield brings 20 years of experience in leading and managing associations. Most recently he served as the Executive Director for the Council on Employee Benefits where he led the organization’s 30% growth in membership. Mr. Canfield assumes his duties on March 14, 2016.
