Winona Lake

Winona Lake is Chair of the Products and Services Committee and Member of the Governance Committee. She has served on the Board since 2017.

She holds several degrees and certificates, including a J.D. from Seton Hall Law Center and an Executive Certificate in Public Leadership from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government.

Winona began her career as a Civilian Federal Employee in 2002, working as an Equal Opportunity Specialist for the USDA. Since then, she’s served in many unique roles for the agency, including her current position as the Associate Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights. With over 18 years of experience in leadership at the federal, state, and local levels in civil rights, employment and equal opportunity law, training and development, policy, strategic planning, budgeting, communications, and compliance, Winona brings distinguished experience to the Board.

She joined the Senior Executive Service in 2015.
