About the Webinar

A Last Will and Testament is the document that directs where your assets will go in the event of your passing. It names guardians for minor children, lists your preferences regarding burial or cremation, creates testamentary trusts for spouses and/or children and/or parents (if applicable), and more. A Will is an important document for all adults to have, and it can be simple or complex, depending on your personal situation.
