Estate Planning 101: Last Will and Testament
Estate PlanningThis webinar is the first of a two-part estate planning series. Join Lindsey Sarowitz, Esquire, on behalf of National Institute of Transition Planning, Inc. (NITP), for this 30–minute webinar.
A Last Will and Testament is the document where you direct where you want your assets to go when you pass away, name guardians for minor children, state your preferences regarding burial or cremation, create testamentary trusts for spouses and/or children and/or parents (if applicable) and more. A Will is an important document for all adults to have, and it can be simple or complex, depending on your personal situation. In this webinar, we will discuss the importance of having a Will, what Wills direct, and how to choose a Personal Representative or Executor to administer your Will.
