About the webinar
Testamentary trusts can be created in a Last Will and Testament or a Revocable Living Trust. A testamentary trust for minors is necessary if you have minor children because minors cannot inherit property outright. In this webinar, Lindsey Sarowitz, Esquire, on behalf of National Institute of Transition Planning, Inc., will discuss the various types of testamentary trusts (trusts for minors, trusts for spouses, and even trusts for parents), and how to choose a Trustee to administer these trusts.
