Report the Death of a Member
In the event of an untimely death of a WAEPA Member, we are here to help you and your family.
- To begin the process you will need to submit a completed Death Claim Form, provide a copy of Certificate of Death.
- You can submit this information through our secure Member Portal, by email to claims@waepa.org, or by mailing it to WAEPA at 433 Park Avenue, Falls Church, VA, 22046.
