Douglas Goodell

Douglas Goodell is a Member of the Governance and Products and Services Committees.

Doug has served as Personnel Officer with the National Gallery of Art since December 2010. In his capacity as a Senior Level Manager, he is responsible for activities and initiatives relating to recruitment and placement, position management, labor and employee relations, benefits, training and development, and employee engagement.

During his 27-year Federal career, Doug has held other positions, including Human Resources Officer for the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and Director of Human Resources for the Federal Labor Relations Authority.
