Board of Directors
Our Board of Directors, which includes both active and retired Civilian Federal Employees, are elected by our membership.
The Board is responsible for establishing organizational strategy and overseeing management of WAEPA’s daily operations. In fulfilling this role, each Board Member exercises their good faith business judgment in the best interests of the organization.
Board members serve a term of no more than two consecutive four-year terms, in their personal capacities and without compensation. The Board holds regular meetings typically in February, May, August, and November, and special meetings when necessary.
